We collect information you voluntarily submit to us, such as when you fill out a contact or consultation request form, subscribe to our newsletter or blog, register for a webinar or event, interact with our website chat assistant, respond to a survey, or otherwise correspond with us. This may include:

  • Business address

  • Details about your business needs or the nature of your inquiry

  • Any other information you choose to include in messages, forms, or chat conversations

b) Information Collected Automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

  • IP address, browser type and version, and operating system

  • Referring and exit pages, pages viewed, and time spent on pages

  • Date and time of visit and general location information (e.g., city, state, or country inferred from IP address)

  • Device identifiers and general device information

c) Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies — including through Google Ads and website visitor identification tools such as Atonom and Leadfeeder — to collect usage data and support Site functionality, as described in Section 3 below.

d) Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third-party sources, such as business partners, event co-hosts, marketing and advertising platforms (including Google Ads), website visitor identification providers (including Atonom and Leadfeeder), and publicly available business directories, which we may combine with information we collect directly or hold in our CRM.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

  • Responding to inquiries and providing requested consulting services or information

  • Communicating with you about our services, proposals, engagements, and account matters

  • Sending newsletters, marketing communications, event invitations, and content you have requested or opted into

  • Operating, maintaining, and improving the Site, including troubleshooting and analyzing usage trends

  • Personalizing your experience and the content we show you

  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our agreements and policies

  • Protecting against fraud, unauthorized access, and other security risks

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies (small text files stored on your device) and similar technologies (such as analytics tags, pixels, and IP-based matching) to recognize your browser, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. We may use:

  • Essential cookies necessary for the Site to function properly

  • Analytics cookies to understand visitor behavior and improve the Site

Google Ads

We use Google Ads (including remarketing and conversion tracking cookies) to advertise our Services across the web and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. Google may use this data to show you ads based on your past visits to the Site. You can opt out of Google's use of advertising cookies by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can learn more about how Google uses data at Google's Privacy & Terms site.

Website Visitor Identification (Atonom and Leadfeeder). We use website visitor identification services, including Atonom and Leadfeeder, which use cookies, IP address matching, and similar technologies to identify the companies (and, in some cases, individuals) visiting the Site. These tools help us understand which organizations are engaging with our content so we can follow up with relevant information about our Services. Data collected through these tools may be linked with information in our CRM, as described in Section 4.

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site and the accuracy of tools like Google Ads, Atonom, and Leadfeeder. Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

Our analytics/service providers use tracking pixels, tags, web beacons, and cookies to collect information. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering sites and services, tracking users' online movements, and gathering demographic information about our user base.

Our sites and services may include social media features. These features may collect your IP address, other device identifiers, and which page you are visiting on a site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with social media features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the feature.

You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. For example, you may opt out of Google Analytics by visiting the Google Analytics opt-out page. Please note that disabling cookies may affect your ability to use certain parts of our website or services.

We may use third party marketing cookies to help deliver ads relevant to your interests. These include:

  • Facebook – you can learn more about Facebook cookies and how you can control them at https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/.

  • Google/Youtube – You can learn more about Google cookies and how you can control them at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.

  • HubSpot – You can learn more about HubSpot cookies and how you can control them at https://legal.hubspot.com/cookie-policy.

Disabling cookies does not mean you will not receive ads, it only means that ads may be less tailored to your organization's interests.

Some browsers have incorporated "Do Not Track" (DNT) features. Atonom does not respond to DNT requests.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with third-party vendors and service providers to help operate our business and the Site, which may have access to your information solely to perform services on our behalf. These providers include:

  • Website hosting and infrastructure providers

  • HubSpot, which serves as our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform, and is used to store and manage contact, engagement, and communication data for clients, prospects, and Site visitors

  • Google Ads, used for online advertising, remarketing, and conversion tracking

  • Atonom and Leadfeeder, used for website visitor identification and lead intelligence

  • Email marketing and communications platforms (which may be provided through HubSpot)

  • Website chat and virtual assistant tools

  • Payment processors, where applicable to our engagements

These third parties are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us or otherwise obligated to protect your information consistent with this Privacy Policy. Information collected via Google Ads, Atonom, and Leadfeeder may be imported into HubSpot to help us manage and follow up on business inquiries.

Each third-party provider referenced in this Privacy Policy (including HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Atonom, and Leadfeeder) operates its own systems and maintains its own privacy policy and data practices, which are outside of our control. Once information is collected or received by these third parties, their use, storage, and disclosure of that information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms, not this Privacy Policy. Biz Esteem does not control and is not responsible or legally liable for the privacy or data practices of any third-party provider, advertiser, or platform, including any use, misuse, security incident, or disclosure of information by such third parties. We do not have any management over these or other Third-Party Practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties directly.
